I photograph weddings the way I wish I’d been photographed – by someone who actually understands what it feels like to stand in front of a camera.
I’m Justina. Lithuanian, raised in Spain, based in Barcelona, working on destination weddings across Spain and beyond. Before photography, I spent fifteen years as a fashion model. Somewhere in those years, my love for photography took over, and I had the privilege of learning first-hand from photographers I admired and worked alongside. Being in front of the camera taught me more than any technical skill could. It taught me how differently people react to being photographed – what makes someone relax, and when someone finally forgets the camera is there. I know what it feels like to be told where to stand or how to move, so I’ve learned to tell the difference between direction that feels natural and direction that feels forced. That’s what I bring to a wedding day: guidance when you need it, and space when you don’t. My work moves between carefully composed editorial frames and the quieter, unscripted moments happening around them. I’ll guide you into a light or a composition when it matters; the rest of the time, I step back and let the day unfold. On the wedding day itself, I move quietly. I watch more than I direct. What I ask from you is simple: be present, live the day fully, forget about the camera. The rest is my job. I work in Spanish, English, and Lithuanian.
